Hi!

I have a small query.

I am resident of GH7. Recently i have been told that if i sell my apartment here at GH7.i have to pay half% of the total registry value to the RWA to get the NOC.

I am not sure abt this...Can some pls throw some light on this?

As many of you are aware that for UP Gate to Dasna is part of 2nd phase of Delhi-Meerut Expressway.

Many times NHAI offered tender and invited BIDS . Even Bid submission date was extended by NHAI 2-3 times. But none of Bidders were interested so far.

Lastly NHAI extended BID submission date upto 1st July 2016 (2nd Call by NHAI)

It is just to update that now three firms (APCO Infratech, Ramky Infrastructure  and GR Infra) have submitted BID for tender from UP Gate to Dasna  (2nd phase). Soon widening of NH-24 from UP date to Dasna will start.
