[CROMA] Applicability of property tax for house at Crossings Republik

 

Pl read attached news in this regard.

As per discussion with few other understand that house tax bill has been generated for few Society and for few Society it is not. Correct reason is not available with anyone may be it has to do something with completion. Till Now have heard only from Residents of Mahagun, Gaur and Gh7 that House Tax is pending against their name.

All the society between Paramount, Ajnara, Labon and Jaipuria falls under Gh6 and probably house tax bill is not generated for any of the society falling under Gh6.

CROMA Team as well as BJP mandal team was talking and doing correspondence with GNN for applicability of house tax has Township has not been handed over but GNN is adamant on collecting house tax even though they don't provide any facility for township.

i just pay today my property tax.

I do not know what happened to previous year tax and how has it been managed?

Is it really included in maintenance? how can we confirm it? i didn't see receipt for last year.

you can download receipt and see who is paying it.. can someone check and post?

what i knew, the property tax is exempted in case you rent out your flat for more than 300 days in year ( and you pay tax on it).

I always thought House tax is not applicable in Townships as we are paying maintenance to Crossings (and thought its inclusive of tax) and then they should be paying combined Tax to Authority? However when I checked today - I can see dues against my name.

Please clarify - Its annual or quarterly tax? Whats its frequency for payments or deadline date for it? No such information on website.

It is approx 1400. Go to Ghazaiabad Nagar  Nigam website to see the dues and pay house tax.
