There is no need to panic for the property tax of crossing reppublik because we have already paid TMC.
There is already dispute between CIPL and Nagar nigam for property tax.

i just pay today my property tax.

I do not know what happened to previous year tax and how has it been managed?

Is it really included in maintenance? how can we confirm it? i didn't see receipt for last year.

you can download receipt and see who is paying it.. can someone check and post?

what i knew, the property tax is exempted in case you rent out your flat for more than 300 days in year ( and you pay tax on it).
