Hi Kuldeep,
I think that the reason is that each tower in GH-07 has been constructed by different builders. The front 2 towers facing Galeria market has been constructed by Gaur and Supertech. You can consider these 2 towers as the quality is good.

I am little confused about buying property there,as i heared that construnction quality is poor ,However i have seen the society it is quite spacious and good from outside.
