I had submitted the online form and last month, I received a call from the Ghaziabad Tehsil to come and submit the photographs. I did the same and the guy who was accepting the forms mentioned that the online system is working fine and all requests are being directed to the Tehsil for processing. He mentioned that the ID cards will be distributed to the voters by the end of Jan or 1st week of Feb 2013.

Just talked from Premlata devi(9711126796.)-The BLO for our area (Crossings Republik).
 Voter id cards (form filled last year) will be distributed on 2nd Feb 2013 instead of 25 Jan in a camp at Dundehra Primary School as they are busy in other work.
 
And also  a separate camp will be in Feb  month for  new voter id card's application.

Further to below mail, on last Sunday few of us has submitted the form for inclusion of name in Voter List. Please follow the below process for getting your name updated in Voter List and get the Voter ID Card, which is acceptable for ID & address proof every where.
 
I am attaching herewith one Blank Form 6 & one filled in form 6 as sample. Please note following
 
  1.         Use only attached form as they are not accepting the other forms downloaded from net.
  2.         Complete form need to be filled in Hindi Only
  3.         Two copy of Photograph is required, one need to be pasted at the given place and other need to be stapled on top of form.
  4.         Write your contact no. on top o0f the form, so that in case of any confusion they can contact you.
  5.         In the Age column you are required to mention no. of completed year and completed month as on 1st Jan 2012. Please also mention your date of birth below that.
  6.         Alongwith form you are required to submit ID Proof & Address Proof. In address proof you can give Copy of Gas connection card, Telephone Bill, Bank Passbook / statement, Passport or in case of non availability of these, they are also accepting copy of Possession letter.
 
In case of any confusion please keep the column blank and fill that at the time of submission after consulting the BLO.
 
Place for submission : Form need to be submitted at Dundahera Aanganwadi School. For reaching this school, take left turn towards noida on NH 24, after crossing Masjid you have to get down on 2nd road on your left. After getting down from NH there is one crossing inside village take right from there, at corner there is a small temle. Total distance from NH - Approx. 100 mtr.

It is very easy, please take the printout of the Form-6 from http://www.ceouttarpradesh.nic.in/ site and fill it and submit it to Premlata along with your ID Proof and Address Proof. Once the name will be added in the Voter list, you will be informed about the Voter I Card to collect it from Premlata again.

As per circular special drive will be carried out by BLO on 14th & 21st Oct, as last date for application is 30th Oct 12.

If CROMA can organise a camp like earlier will be helpful for many of the residents of Crossing.
