Dear Umesh,
It is very encouraging to see your initiative and concern regarding to DG Issue.
However, i feel that such database should be prepared by respective RWA'S to enhance participation and then the same can be collated at CROMA Level for entire township for onward submission at the Legal forum through the selected Counsel.
You should get the Form vetted by the CROMA Team and urge them to circulate it to all RWA'S.
Individual efforts will not bring in the desired numbers to effectively make a forceful representation in the Courts for them to sit up and take notice.
