Re: [CROMA] Supreme Court case Regarding Dumping Ground

 

Hi All,
 
Just wanted to know from you if by any chance, anyone is having update related to the meeting held on last to last sunday and what was decided and what has been done so far as I am not seeing any updated information /circular flowing by CROMA , it like all DARK...
Are we doing any protest during this weekend or just waiting for supreme court hearing and DG construction will be  going the way they are .....
I really feel that all RWA and residents are not willingly nor any zeal to do something against it .. coz the sr. Advocate advised to be silent as doing something against it will adverse effect on us.
And GNN/ GDA telling we are not hearing any protest against what we are building....
 
So get ready to sale out our flats or 'll live with this Garbage treatment Plant till hearing get postponed from 4th March to 4th April and so on....

Can anyone confirm the date of next hearing in SC regarding the Dumping ground ... I heard it was on 23/24 Jan ..but it is showing as 4-March...
