Re: [CROMA] Supreme Court case Regarding Dumping Ground

 

It has been clearly informed to all the resident on the meeting held on last to last Sunday that CROMA has already filled a petition in Supreme Court so any of the CROMA Office Bearer or the person who are party in Supreme Court cannot take part in any of the protest. We are fighting a legal battle with GNN and GDA in Supreme Court on this matter and our next hearing has been pushed to 4 March 2013. CROMA will not invite anyone for this activity as we have faith on our Judicial System and that's why we have gone there and filled a Special Leave Petition (SLP) in Hon'able Supreme Court. Please find the enclosed attachments as Case Status in last few hearing for the same as our case has been taged with the previous case filled by Ansal and Crossings Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd.


So in the meantime, the residents are free to conduct a silent protest or any other activities which can attract the media or Government officials who are sitting in AC Room. Hope you get my points. Rest CROMA President and/or General Secretary will give their opinion on this as it is my personal opinion on this matter which I know as per my understanding. As I already have a flat in this township, so I equally have concerned with this Dumping Ground.

Are we doing any protest during this weekend or just waiting for supreme court hearing and DG construction will be  going the way they are .....
I really feel that all RWA and residents are not willingly nor any zeal to do something against it .. coz the sr. Advocate advised to be silent as doing something against it will adverse effect on us.
And GNN/ GDA telling we are not hearing any protest against what we are building....
 
So get ready to sale out our flats or 'll live with this Garbage treatment Plant till hearing get postponed from 4th March to 4th April and so on....
