I agree with you. They will try all tactics to get NOC from UPPCB. Am not expert on this but hoping that UPPCB will again organize public hearing for NOC at Dundahera because last time they did not give and existing NOC has already being expired. We have to be very vigilant for the public hearing if they organize.

Looks like Nagar Nigam is putting pressure on pollution board, we should parallely take it up with central pollution board so that state pollution board should not buckle down under political pressure.

की अनापत्ति मिलने पर ही कोर्ट में निगम का पक्ष मजबूत होगा। निगम को 30
अप्रैल को सुप्रीम कोर्ट में हलफनामा देना है।
शुरू से विवादों में रहे डंपिंग ग्राउंड को लेकर निगम को पूर्व में प्रदूषण
नियंत्रण बोर्ड की अनापत्ति मिली हुई थी। लेकिन बाद में इसे रद्द कर दिया
गया था।
डंपिंग ग्राउंड के लिए प्रस्तावित
भूमि अब आबादी के निकट आ चुकी है। ऐसे में निगम को अब बोर्ड से इनवायरमेंट
क्लीयरेंस रिपोर्ट की जरूरत है। अपर नगर आयुक्त डीके सिन्हा का कहना है कि
निगम की ओेर से लखनऊ में हुई उच्चस्तरीय बैठक में सभी संबंधित दस्तावेज
सौंप दिए गए हैं। अब प्रदूषण नियंत्रण बोर्ड को निर्णय करना है।
•प्रदूषण नियंत्रण बोर्ड की अनापत्ति मिलने के लिए किया आवेदन
•नगर निगम को कोर्ट में दाखिल करना है हलफनामा
