Re: [CROMA] Response to 'Communication from CROMA'

Sir,

Everyone will take interest if CROMA/Interim body is serious. I am sure no body in crossings has got flat as a gift from builder. Everyone has invested their hard earned money and so am I and in addition to that my flat is in Exotica one of the most affected societies (I hope you can understand the pain when people discuss Exotica and Prateek societies will be the most affected).

Anyways, Its been around a year I have joined this group and I have not seen even a single such work (may be I am not aware because it was not communicated) which CROMA has done, other than fancy/publicity items or just a communication job.

Also, when I shifted to CR at that time protests were being organized for dumping ground. Even in those protests I din't get any positive impression (based on the different groups from the CROMA team only discussing different things). There was a said litigation filed by CROMA which I guess not even gone through its first hearing and now we are completely relying on the outcome of Ansal's petition (there may be other legal reasons for this but again this was never communicated).

I am a resident of CR and that's the reason I am not liking what is going on here. Today Interim body has been formed, tomorrow some other group (I have heard somewhere that Shopper's association has started raising their flag, don't know its authenticity) will stand-up and it will keep going as it is going in our Indian politics.

I don't know who is more real and authentic, Interim body or CROMA, but this is not smelling good.

Thanks
Prashant

I am neither member of CROMA nor from elected body or interim body.

I am owner and resident of a flat in Arihant.

Take interest in it as this is going to affect all of us and I will be also one of them.

RWA of society is taking care of activities within the society CROMA is for taking care of matter pertaining to the whole township.

For matters to be taken care of you can scroll back on yahoo group message list and find the list. If you want I can send you later. One of them is the electricity charges being charged by different builder, how it can be different for different society when Government has fixed a rate.

Dear Manmohan Ji,

I am not sure if you are a member of CROMA or Interim Body or a Resident like me

"Most of the society has completed more than a year of possession and within this  year RWA will start taking over maintenance from builder, before this many work will be required to be completed in which CROMA active role will be required."

It would be great if you can please explain a little about these many works? I have also sent an email to CROMA and Interim Croma yesterday but seems nobody is interested in replying to resident's emails... be it any clarification or it is Mobile Signal issue :) ...

Dear Gurmukh ji / Interim Body,

Demand of time is to forget past n look forward. No one is going to achieve anything by attacking each other or by prooving who is right and who is wrong.

Dumping Ground is laready a major issue apart form this Most of the society has completed more than a year of possession and within this  year RWA will start taking over maintenance from builder, before this many work will be required to be completed in which CROMA active role will be required.

For betterment of all of you (Elected body & Interim body) and for the sake of all the stake holder of crossings it is required that fresh body should be elected with transparent process. With recent series of events for restoring credibility of CROMA election is a must thing which I have expressed during last meeting too and Interim body agreed for same.

Dear All,

Request every body ( Original CROMA , Interim CROMA or who so ever belongs to CROMA) , kindly sit down in conference room and sort out all the issue's amicably.

By writing mails and others replying to the mails will not churn out any results..........If you guy's are really  serious about it , plz work out reasonable solution and share with the Crossing's People.

Hope I am not hurting anybody......only a concern as a resident of the Crossings and looking forward strong body which can take care of the challenges with a manner which can sort out the problems.

Thanks and Regard,

Dear All,

The reasons given by this 'Interim Governing Body' are full of lies and the author of this is Ex-General Secretary, who is the main conspirator of all the mishappenings in CROMA & they have find the time for all these when I was busy in my son's wedding and all of them were knowing about this. During that also, I had attended some of the very urgent meetings.

When the Dump yard work started, I was the first person to go there and talked to the Police and GNN personals.

What was the reason of resigning of Vice-President Mr. R.K. Soni and Jt. Secy. Mr. Abhinav Sahay? This conspirator pushed these hard working members to the wall by blaming them in each & every meeting. I want to mention here that Mr. Soni is the person who made first Charter of Demands.

After the wedding ceremony of my son, I was informed by the Governing Body Members and a mail by the then General Secretary about Health Check-up Camp and other programmes at Galleria Market, all the Governing Body Members, most of which are now in the 'Interim Governing Body' other than the then General Secretary were present in all those programmes (photographs of the programmes were mailed).

The person heading IT Committee is the only one who has claimed conveyance allowance. He was also holding the money collected from Mahagun for Dumping Ground Case. Sometime back, he was going society to society to gather all RWAs, but jumped back to CROMA after sensing that he won't get any senior post there.

How many times The then General Secretary called the Governing Body Meetings and was not present in those meetings? Has he ever taken into confidence the President before calling any meeting?

Last year when a protest march was held, this 'General Secretary' was missing before the march reached NH-24, where was he and why?

Above all, whatever is done is illegal as per the Bye-Laws and Constitution of the CROMA and it has set a wrong precedence in the history of CROMA.
