There is one more road its easy to understand from crossing side.
After new pulia take right than again right from next T point after driving for approx 30 mtr there is 90 degree turn towards left, one can go straight from here and climb on New road after crossing a 10mtr muddy patch.
If you take turn its concrete road and meet on the road between GC1 & GC2 from there take right on T poiny and come out from side of GC2.
Road is bad but better than one which comes out at modern school.

Manish - I would suggest not to use this road unless the sahaberi road is jam for too long. The new road condition is not so good and too slippery. But, in the worst scenarios you can use it. The direction from Gaur chowk in Noida extn to crossings is as follow:
1) Take the road towards NH 24.
2) After driving around 2 km turn right at the 3rd cut.
3) Drive straight around 300 m and then turn right and then turn left ( after another 100 m ) on a narrow village road and drive around another 100 m and turn right again and then turn left and then left again and there the pulia - be careful to drive there.
4) After crossing the pulia you can see crossings republik.
