Question:

I see 2 groups and each has over 1200 members. Do these serve separate purposes?
I mean, should I be sending one type of email to one of them and not to another one.

Request you to post of CROMA Yahoo group or Crossings-Republik yahoo group which has large distribution list and ppl are allowed to do posting related to their own property. You will have to get yourself registered with these group for posting on it.
