Would also like to add - providing each flat with intercom facility so that any visitor can be spoken to from the entrance gate itself. Similar to Gaur, Prateek etc.

Some pointers :

Area - Building Confidence among Owners ( who are partners and stakeholders for our society ) - Through Constant Information Exchange
1. First , We need to have a yahoo group of all AAO - GH7 Owners who can be informed and made aware of all work in progress activities.
2. Secondly - security measures - We need to have a booklet/ A4 Print out laminated sheet distributed to all towers security guards enlisting all owners name, flat number, contact mobile no and email address.

Pending Works
1. To start with all pending stuffs / work in progress activity  - List Preparation - small team allocation and time in which it will be completed tentatively ( be it any area )


AIM : Main Crossing - A perfectly Healthy pollution free , quite professional / personal ambiance , green place to live.

AGENDA ( Problems )   : Parallel Processing and Streamlined Approach ( Sub Team can be made and parallel resolution can be provided )

Category 1 : Dumping Ground   / Health / Pollution Problems
                
Category 2 : Chroma Society Security
                     (1) Only Chroma owners and renters vehicles should be allowed inside and that too with stickers only
                     (2) all vendors needs to be properly cross verified and issued a badge ( with complete mobile and owners verification)
                     (3) All security personal must be properly reviewed and all places where they need to positioned must be properly reviewed
                           ( Security Guard must also be there in basement parking and time to time vehicle with owner details on stickers
                          must  also be cross verified)
                    (4) All guests whosoever they are ; their vehicle must be parked outside main gate and they should only be allowed
                        after a proper verification from owners through INTERCOM.
                   (5) No shops ( rental or any ) should be allowed to function inside GH-7 / other chroma societies.
                     They should only be allowed to function in Shopping Malls/Galleria.
                  (6) Transport & Commutation - 2 Roads are there to exit from Chroma
                        ( Broadening,proper policing ,transportation facilities should be extended to all Delhi/NCR Places -
                          Station , Airport ,  Nearest Metro Stations )
                  (7) Strict NO - for any drunken incidence, ladies misbehavior and quarreling activities. 

Category 3 : Chroma Society  - Approved Vendors with Least Pricing Fixed  same
                     (1) Bottled Water
                     (2) Electricity Charges ( Least Electricity charges as Applicable in Ghaziabad )
                     (3) IGL Gas Pipeline
                     (4) Maids/Servants - least prices should be fixed ( as its there in all Delhi GH RWA Societies )
                       For example - for 2BHK and 3 BHK 
                          Cleaning floor ,Cleaning Utensils, Cooking  (one time) ,Carwasher,Cable,Intercomm
                   (5) For Chroma Electrician,Plumber -
        ->  Daily Service Book with complaint & resolution details / needs to be reevaluated daily
        -> No service/instal charge ; owners can bring items at their own cost and for installation there should not be any charge ( should be part of society maintenance monthly payment.
                     
Hope this will help all owners/residents and in making Main Crossing a better healthy and secure place to live.
