Can someone please share the list of documents that we should expect from bank at the time of loan closure procedures?
I have compiled the following list but not sure if its complete. Can someone who has already closed their home loan please confirm this?

Original down payment receipts
Indemnity Bond
Tripartite Agreement
Demand Letter
General power of Attorney
Permission to Mortgage
Release Letter (i.e. no charge or lien on the property)

Copy of agreement with Bank
Statement of Loan account from beginning to the date of closure
