[CROMA] Private township + Electricity Charges

Infect the same questions comes to me also, being a township, why there is different-2 electricity consumption charges per unit with each plot (society) of township? I never heard before, that in a small town or city, government take diff-2 consumption charges for each plot/house.

Could anybody do let me know the reasonable reason?

This noon at 1 PM I came from CR to Noida side. One side of road was patched and both side traffic is using that side. Other side is still blocked IMO.
