Dear All,

Lets meet this Saturday 11am (1st Dec'12) near CROSSING REPUBLIC, FOUNTAIN. Then we will also go to site as well.

All the JAIPURIA APARTMENTS buyers must reach there and gather in big number.

I got response from many of you and everyone is facing a different type of problem (some have their flat registered but didn't get possession, some are imposed by high penalties, some got cancellation letters, some are imposed by unjustified dues etc etc).

WE together can discuss the types of problems we are facing. Then we can also ask builder to meet us(in a group, not individually) face to face and answer upon the problems we are facing and resolve them.

Then after seeing the response from him, WE can decide the road map of further actions.

Please Meet in large numbers on this Saturday 1st Dec'12 at 11am sharp.

Dear All,
Yesterday, in the evening(around 3.30pm) i got call from builder Mr. Goel (Director, Jaipuria Buildcon Pvt Ltd). This was really very surprising. The person who was not ready to pick up the phone of a buyer(me); called the buyer personally.

He was not concerned about the problems that buyers are facing and not even about the commitments he made to his valuable customers. But he called to threat me.  He warned me not to include CROMA into this matter.

Important part of our conversation  ( i omitted the abusive words he used in the conversation):
Goel: Pyar se kaam karva lo, gundagardi se kuch nai hoga....mere se bada gunda CROMA nai hai, maine LLB 1982 me kiya hai...mere se zyda law and order nai jante...mai FIR launch karunga, tresspassing ka case thokunga and blah blah

Me: hum wahan gundagardi karne thodi gaye the. pyar se baat krne gaye the. real problem and concern janane gaye the. CROMA can help you also dealing with CIPL

I had never seen any director (or person at this high level) using this type of language with his customers.
You know why he did this:
Because he is scared now. He knows that now the buyers are raising their voices against his false commitments and cheating behavior. And he wants to suppress them by threatening. As he pointed out me individually so it would be better if we raise our voice in group or as whole. He won't be able to suppress the complete group.

Lets come together and fight for our rights.

When I asked for the reason of not completing the projects, he replied:
About 5 Crore penalty is due on him for sewage and electricity connection and it is invalid and not justified. Although he is ready to offer 1 crore to CIPL and waiting if CIPL agrees on this or not.

When i asked about the approx time upto when this can be sort out:
He said it depends upon CIPL, this can be sorted in one month or even it can take a year also. He is also not sure.

I don't know whether he was lying or telling the truth.

We together and CROMA can also help builder to sort out his issues with CIPL.

Please be unite and prove the strength in unity.

Dear All,

Though we were expecting gathering of 40+ people, only 6 (me and 5 CROMA members) reached there.

I appeal to all the suffered buyers to come forward and join us. CROMA is helping us but we must have to unite together then only this matter can be solved.

Today's update:

We went to Jaipuria Site office met Mr. R.K.Sharma (looking after the administration of the site). He said nothing is in his hands and we should talk to Mr. Ashok Goel (Director, Jaipuria Buildcon Pvt. Ltd.).

We called him but he talked very rudely and in very abusive language with us and he also doesn't seem to be interested in giving possession to us. Seriously, he literally robbed us.

He promised me that on Monday(26th Nov) he will give me letter in written mentioning the date on which I can shift to my flat and the penalty if he fails in it. (Let's see,  such type of promises he has also made in the past many times but never fulfills.)

And as he made excuses of Sewage and Electricity problem, CROMA members talked to CIPL. And to discuss the problem of Sewage and Electricity, CROMA members fixed meeting of Mr. Ashok Goel with CIPL on coming tuesday (27th Nov). But as he talked to us and the intentions that we can guess from his words, I doubt whether he will come for meeting or not.

[Action item needed]

First thing to do is: UNITY.

We have to come together then only this matter can be dealt.

After watching the response of coming tuesday(26th Nov), WE and CROMA can discuss together how to proceed further.

Dear Vishal,

I request you to kindly share your views on this matter that we saw today. Do mention any thing if i missed writing above.

I would also like to appreciate the commitment and efforts of all the CROMA members who reached there on time, discussed whole problem and helping us in getting our dream homes.

I say hats off to CROMA, you are doing a great job. :)

With the hope of positive response from your side...

Dear CROMA members,

There are so many builders like Jaipuria, Sams, Golf greens etc are not able to give physical possession to their customers because of lack of Sewage and Electricity connection.

Almost flats are ready but people cannot shift to their flats because of sewage and electricity connection problem.

Whenever we ask builders about the issue, they just give another date. We are not sure about by what time this problem will be solved.

Earlier some dues were pending at builders end, now as per builder comments they have cleared the dues and work is pending at Crossing Republik officials now.

Please help to update us on this issue and let me know the time when we will be able to shift to our houses.
