Dear Team,
I have been patiently observing and tolerating the activities of the Vibgyor Facility Management since inception. I have listed pointers which can really be discussed with all the residents of Crossings Infra Main GH07 and with CROMA so that we can have a healthy outcome and we call can benefit!!
· ESCALATION MECHANISM: There is absolute silence and the manager seems to be not at all concerned with the grievances what’s so ever and never picks the phone (TRY IT I HAVE TRIED 5 TIMES) in case a resolution is needed. No formal accounting of such grievance is done at Vibgyor end. We should devise an escalation channel and should communicate to the Vibgyor Management with utmost sincerity and urgency. As we pay handsome amount of our hard eared money!!
· MINIMUM MAINTENANCE RECHARGE AMOUNT: They always change the minimum maintenance charges according to their whims and fancies. Since the past two months the charges are raised from 1000 to 2000 as the minimum recharge amount. What does that implies…They can’t force us to pay the minimum amount decided upon their convenience. Let’s call off and bring it to at least to Rs 1000/- as the minimum recharge amount as I really feel that is the fair amount for both the resident and the agency to survive!
· TOKEN NUMBER / TICKET NUMBER: For every visit of the service people we have to give at least 2-3 reminders which sometimes gets ignored due to ignorance of less staffing. We need a reference number for each time a request is been made. Failing to which we may proceed to the escalation mechanism.
· RWA MEDIATION: Lets understand that each time we go up to Vibgyor they ignore few of the fellow residents whom they think they can suppress. Hence RWA should come up with our own escalation matrix to support our fellow resident members each time when we are unable to counter their services/behaviour.
