Dear Residents & RWA/AOA Officer Bearers of Crossings Republik Township,
To continue the trend of rituals and celebrations, CROMA has taken the subject initiative again to bring unity at the township level by different societies and boost energy in the kids, youngsters and residents. Thus, it is a celebration of victory of good over evil.
To celebrate the festival to honor the triumph of Lord Ram over Demon Ravan in global township Crossings Republik, CROMA is taking this initiative to celebrate second RAM LEELA & DUSSHERA MELA at township level as per the schedule:
Ram Leela & Cultural Show (Live performance by kids): 10th – 14th October 2013
Ravan Dehan: 14th October 2013
Ram Ji Ki Baaraat/Jhanki: 11th October 2013
Venue: Land between Ajnara Gen-X and Panchsheel Wellington (GH-6 Green Belt)
Time: 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Entry Gate: From CNG Pump adjacent to Paramount Symphony and Assotech, The Nest
Attraction: Cultural Program by the kids & children of this township, Ram Leela Program played by our kids & children who has been trained by a famous Director. Different Jhoolas for Children & Adult, Jumping Zone, Bouncy, Food Corner, School / Playway / Institutions Showcase, different types of Stalls including Home Décor, Carpet Stall, Game Area, Dedicated Ice Cream Parlor directly from Mother Dairy, Dedicated Parking Space for the residents and much more.
Note: The Entry Pass has been introduced to restrict the unwanted crowd in the Mela premises and to ensure Safety & Security of the residents. We also have planned to deploy extra Security Guards apart from the regular deployment of the U.P. Police Force. The pass can be collected from the respective society facility office, security gate, RWA Office and from CROMA Office Bearers. A separate notification in this regards will be issued later today or tomorrow.
So this is my humble request to the residents and different RWAs/AOAs/Adhoc Committees of Crossings Republik Township to please come and join Dussehra Mela and enjoy the festival with your family members. CROMA Cultural Committee is trying their best to make this event most jubilant and joyful.
Disclaimer: Please note that CROMA is not collecting any fund/amount/money from any resident for the subject event. Entire event and program is sponsored by various local sponsors itself. If anyone/any group by any name or on behalf of CROMA approach to any resident for any collection for Durga Puja/Ram Leela/Dusshera or for any festival celebration, it is my request to the concern please do not contribute any fund for that and do inform us in writing at our e-mail: info@croma.org.in.
