SECRETARY RWA OF MAHAGUN MASCOT HAS RAISED SERIOUS QUESTION ABOUT SECRETAY CROMA SAYING HE FAVOURED MAHAGUN BUILDER AND ITS MAINTENANCE AGENCY CSKF MAHGUN WHILE LAST YEAR AS ITS PRESIDENT AS HE IS RUNNING MAINTENANCE AGENCY SO HE WANTS POWERFUL POSITIONS IN CROSSING REPUBLIK FOR BUSINESS GAIN ,WE DONOT KNOW WHAT IS TRUTH SUCH ALLEGATIONS MUST BE STOPPED FOR FAIR GOVERNING OF CROMA AND MMRWA SO THAT WE THE COMMON RESIDENTS HAVE FAITH IN SUCH PRESTIGIOUS ORGANISATIONS.

HE WROTES:---

1. Why Raju was the first person to use the club party hall in 8000 rupee while all in contemporary EB were shouted to reduce the club charges. Is not it a conspiracy to set the 8000 rupee rate by the builder. Later mahagun showed your receipt to everyone that your president used it in 8000 and you too have to give it. Mujhe es सडयंत्र के बारे मैं पता है। beshak aapke paas receipt hogi per raaj ye aur gahara hai .

2. What was the need to protest by you and a few others not to open gate 1 for exit. you including csk was giving reason that accedent ho jayega. I know csk later accepted that it was cost concern at their end. Obviously why csk will care for us about accident etc but you favored CSK that time. Why ??

3. Why CSK was collecting 1000 rupees for guest entry parking in night ?

4. Why csk was collecting 200 each guest visitor even if they just foot down in club ?

6. Why were you silent when you were aware that a few in that MMRWA were benefiting builder by their suspicious acts.

7. Why cost of a sticker was kept 250 that still not able to bring down.

8. Why you hide from public that you have opened your maintenance agency ? If you don't have any doubtful intention then should have open it publicly.

9. Why you had decided common electricity payment straightforward without EB concern in last body ? That became point of conflict and current body struggled whole year to resolve this matter.

10. Why You agreed to payment of club charges as you know this year no payment done so far. Why were you in hurry to push residents should pay to builder.. Kahi koi baat thi kaya :) If club was incomplete then why not you listened other EB to stop payment.

11. why you want to let your society MMRWA down in front of outside society groups. What is hurting you my brother. Why you want to file FIR on MMRWA every other day.

दोस्तों बताने को बहुत कुछ है पैर ये सब नेगेटिव लगता है पैर जानना भी जरुरी है की किसको किस्से खतरा है।

Actually Raju is desperate to come in MMRWA as his maintenance agency not getting ggod response so far and through this influence was want to set his ambitions :-

We humbly request the residents of Crossings Republik to please come forward and nominate your kids for this platform and motivate your kid and the CROMA Cultural Committee to make this event most jubilant and joyful

All the participating kids will be given memento of participation. Age no bar, if the child can perform well.

Last date for Nomination of Kids for Dussehra Mela : 30^th Aug 14

Audition for Selection : 30th (Sat) & 31st (Sun) Aug between 3 PM – 4 PM
