This is not a new concept. Its been implemented in few societies in NCR as well. A triple stack parking can be seen on one of the societies in Vaishali near Mahagun Metro mall.
The pace at which we are adding cars to already cramped parking lots, very soon we are going to see lot of these.
In face in Gurgaon few people have installed such device in their personal covered and/or open parkings as presumably the device is much cheaper than the cost of new parking which at sometimes exceeds the actual car cost.
