GBM is only for flat owners, not for the tenants, I believe that point is blocking people to join GBM.
50%+ majority is on rent, Allowed everyone hope you will get more issue and solutions.

I would submit that this is not willingness or unwillingness of a member to attend GBM. Every one wants to participate in the decision making process.

We need to draw the que from the‎ success that e-commerce is gaining these days. It reflects that people are too busy with there individual lives and are not free even to shop for their basic needs.

A model needs to be evolved where GBM can be held on line. Participation will increase manifold.

Unfortunately most of us are active only in online world.

In GBM attendance was approx 25 ppl.

For any such action financial support as well as dedicated volunteers required who can give quality time for fundraising, paperwork n follow up.

It may be near industry. It is very harmful for human.


Small dust particle is more in air near CR.
