AGAIN SHOCKING AND SHAMEFUL BEHAVIOUR OF AJNARA AND ITS MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT


A senior citizen lady - residing in M-102 - stuck in lift, kept pushing siren but no one came to rescue her for a long time. 

When she came to my flat as I am next door neighbour, she had tears in her eyes and her legs were shaking as she was very scared.


I called Ms. Mallika Pant, head of new maintenance company and made her talk to this sr citizen lady.
Sr citizen lady said: your maintenance team is not sensible at all.

Mallika's, by chance - who is happened to be owner of the said flat in which this sr citizen lady stays, her ego got hurt. 

Mallika told me - See what my tenant is telling me. 

She added : "We are here to do maintenance - not to hear these craps."


I asked her; how much ego u have. You are not sensitive that a sr citizen lady got stuck and you are telling this. Kya hota agar unka heart attack ho jata.

She said: We are putting efforts. Her tone was very very rude.

I said: our life threatening issues are not priority of Ajnara India.
Mr. Pritam Thapa is saying when she is staying at 1st floor why did she use lift?
I said: she used lift bcoz she has got her knee operated.
And now Mallika Pant is asking her tenant to vacate flat immediately.
So insensitive.
This Lift of Monarch tower is in pathetic condition. Dr.Deepanwita Halder with her small kid stuck in the lift yesterday.
We are raising these issues from last six month, but nothing is happening.
