The notice is hereby given that the CROMA General Body Meeting (GBM) will be held at Subbway-1, Round About, Crossings Republik, NH-24, Ghaziabad on 7th September 2014 (Sunday) at 10:30 AM IST and the agenda is as follows:
1) Publishing the accounts statement as of 30th June 2014.
2) Charter of Demand for next 2 years tenure including the accomplishment/achievement of the CROMA for township welfare.
3) Discussion on the current status of the Dumping Ground and way forward.
4) Discussion on action against Crossings Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. (CIPL) for non-response on Completion Certificate, Deferment of Township Maintenance Charges start date, NOC for Fire Safety and non-provision of promised facilities inside the township.
5) Discussion on the fund collection drive for Dumping Ground and other Litigations.
6) Discussion on the way to generate revenue to run CROMA for long time.
7) Presenting the status report from various committees formed under CROMA and their road map for next 6 months:
i. Infrastructure & Electricity Committee
ii. Safety & Security Committee
iii. Cultural & Sports Committee
iv. Legal Committee
v. IT & Communication Committee
vi. Marketing & Finance Committee
8) Creating advisory of AOA/RWA/Adhoc Committees of every society.
9) Discussion on the amendment of CROMA Bye Laws in a way so that it can be considered as Confederation/Federation of Crossings Republik Society RWA/AOA.
10) Other discussion, by the permission of the chair, if required.
