- Collect Form-30 ( to be signed by buyer and seller)- 1 copy- from RTO office
- Form -29 (to be signed by seller)- 2 copies- from RTO office
- Photo of seller and buyer
- Address proof of Buyer
- Original RC of vehicle.
- Valid Insurance papers
- valid Environmental Cert.
- If CNG more than 5 yars then Cylinder test certificate is required else nothing.
Go your self to submit all the papers it cost hardly 300Rs.
Otherwise Contact any agent on site and pay convenience charges.
