You are verywell aware that how Builders under the patronage of GDA are taking advantage of the Term COMPOUNDING FAR.
If I talk of Assotech The Nest the Builder has already constructed 5 (AtoE) Towers covering about 11lacks sqft. which is THREE TIMES of Plot area against the permissible coverage of 2.75 Times and still TWO MORE TOWERS are coming up with those TWO TOWERS with approximate 315000sqft the utilization would be around FOUR TIMMES as against 2.75.
One can well imagine the availability of PER HEAD OPEN AREA will get reduced drastically.
I feel if we dont challange this now, we would be left with Blaming Each Other in rest if our Life.
Please come forward before it is too late.
