Form of Declaration under the Act submitted by the builders of GH06 ( Assotech, gardenia, supertech etc etc.....) are highly objectionable. But the agony is that it has never been heard seriously by the RWA or AAO (not provisional AOA). No body is ready to face the honourable Court of law, which is the only solution.
