Electricity for common area should be the part of 1.2 that you are paying... ask them what facilities are they giving for 1.2 per sq feet...

Hi All - What is the monthly amount you guys are paying as monthly maintainence charges ? I have 1890 Sq FT Mahagun flat with me and they are charging about
1890*1.2 = 2268 + 12.5% = 2551 + some % = ~2700 Rs
Additionally they charge about 700 Rs for electricity for common areas.
Is that all legitimate ??
