I believe Smoke Detectors (complete fire system) is not working in many towers including Catania.
They have made a mess with complete infrastructure in Mahagun-
1) Fire Systems not working
2) Security Guards working double shifts
3) Commercial activities- property agent in Catania
4) If any body noticed the height of iron gate on the entrances which is srounf 5 ft, purpose of it is to safeguard any entry during nights, no armed guards
5) Cleanliness in towers- specially upper floors
6) Private electricity- frequent pwer cuts
7) Lawn Tennis Court still not operational
and many other which are already highlighted with CSK & Mahagun..
This need some serious actions..

CCTV is must at all the entry and exit points of vehicle, and also need to work on the procedure, when the vehicle is going out of the premises, you never know, who is driving away with your vehicle.
