I have purchased two flats in Panchsheel Wellington Tower 2 which are on 20th and 21st floor. The building above 16th floor was not approved for a long time and hence my loan in spite of being approved was not disbursed by hdfc for was a duration of around 4 months. Once the building got approved and the required documents were submitted by the builder to the bank, our loan was disbursed.

Now, the builder is asking me to pay the interest for these 4 months which would be a really huge amount and moreover the payment was delayed because of papers pending from their side. I need to discuss this with all those who have their flats in Panchsheel Wellington abpove 16th Floor. So either please call me @ 9999651119 or send me your number so that I can call you to discuss.

As we all know that around 170 Flats have been seized by GDA in Indirapuram 2-3 days ago. Since most of the buildings of Crossings Republic are of around 22-23 floors, we are of great concerned whether these buildings are made after obtaining proper approval of GDA. Can anybody through some light on it.
