Hi,
 I think lot of people agree that following two things will definitely help us get rid of the DG.

First file a petition/Make us a party in existing Ansal vs gnn case.
Second a huge gathering protest

At least let us know what is blocking us to file a case.

 It's good that we raising our  grievance/concern on Dumping Ground issue to concerned authority. We should raise our voice on all possible platforms. 

But we also need to know if these public grievance department have enough rights and powers to change decisions for us. In most of the cases they just act like postman and forward our application to concern department. There is no deadlines , timeline or way to question why there is no response on our queries.  We did similar exercise when we wrote similar emails to  Central
Pollution Control Board . I have also talked to officials in CPCB and they accepted that they have received 100s of emails about this dumping ground issue but they can't do much except forwarding to UP Pollution Control Board. Similarly some complaints were registered against  Ministry of Enviornment and Forest and acknowledge of complaint was also received. Almost six months have passed but no reply no actions taken.  

If need to protest we need to do it on roads like Noida Extensions buyers doing and going to places like Janter Manter. With help of CROMA and RWAs we should plan demonstration on NH24 or on such places where we will get very high visibility. Idea of raising voices directly with UP CM is also good as if we get politician attention then we could possibly solve this issue much earlier then through the courtroom.  I also strongly believe that we owners of CR also put our petition in court as we know one of the reason of losing case in high court was that there was no actual presentation from buyers in the case. There were two three individuals but they were builders friends or relatives and that's why their petition were dismissed. In Supream court it is must to let judges know that 100s of people are living there and it's our one of the biggest issue. If we don't raise our concern in courtroom then Judge might end up taking decision against builders as it happened in high court. Do not expect builder's lawyers to explain our worries about dumping ground. 

Nest hearing in court is on 27th July and writing only emails to Public Grievances or CPCB or MOEF is not going to help us.
We may end up hearing something catastrophic from courtroom which we will make our life miserable at CR. 
 
These are my personal views and no necessary everyone will agree to this but we should look forward to do something concreat to resolve this issue forever.

Although more than 1,500 families are residing in Crossing Republic and many of them are following this site but it appears that only few have made complaints on the issue of Dumping Ground to the dignitaries viz. Akhilesh Yadav, CM (UP), Shri Azam Khan, Minister (Urban Development) and Shri Mishra, Minister (Protocol) of UP Government.
 
I AGAIN URGE TO ALL THE RESIDENTS/FLAT OWNERS OF CROSSING REPUBLIC TO SPARE SOME TIME AND FORWARD YOUR GRIEVANCES IN THOUSANDS SO THAT ATTENTION OF THE GOVERNMENT OF UP ON THIS HEARTBURNING ISSUES COULD BE INVITED.
PLEASE COME FORWARD FOR THE SAKE OF HEALTHY AND HYGIENIC LIFE OF OUR FAMILY.

But it would definetely be more appropriate if we send our complaints/grievances on the official email address of Shri Akhilesh Yadav, CM (UP), Shri Azam Khan, Minister (Urban Development) and Shri Mishra, Minister (Protocol) of UP Government.

Apart from above, if anybody have any e-mail ID to register complaints/grievances of Shri Akhilesh Yadav, CM (UP), Shri Azam Khan, Minister (Urban Development) and Shri Mishra, Minister (Protocol) of UP Government than all of us may send our grievances directly to them on Dumping Ground issue. We may convey our genuine problem individually through emails. If thousands of e-mails are received by them, they may come forward to resolve the issue.
Therefore, I urge that if any body has the complaints/grievances email ID of above three dignitaries, please share it here so that we all may write them personally.
