it is a game of builders association, more than 70% flats are unsold in whole crossing. I am residing in Arihant Ambience and only 50 - 60 % flats are sold specially 2 bhk sold out and all big size flats are unsold. If I am ready to sell my flat in 3500/- than I think it will be too tough to sell this time. builders can say anything.

This is to inform you that yesterday one of my friend had visited crossing republic (almost all builder) with me to buy a flat.
Please note that property rate/sq feet has been crossed 3000/- (inclusive all) for ready to move flats. Also these are the rates for flats available 15th floor or above.
I believe that this is very good news for those who had invested already there.
If Dumping ground & NH24 traffic issue resolved than surely, rates will further increase & will touch 3500/- per sq feet.
