I completely Agree! We need to determine the correct selling/renting price of our property. There is just no doubt that CR has become a hot place now. Everyday I am getting calls to sell the flat @2800-2900, I am sure they would want 200-400 margin from the deal.
I have heard that some Noida Ext projects are/will be reopening @3500.
These are good signs and hence I am re evaluating.....

Another issue is owners dont have any trust in their properties. People ready to give property on rent for merely 5.5k whereas indirapuram flat minimum charging 10k for same flat. Ask tenants they r very happy to shift as they r getting new better flat, connectivity through noida extn is better for those working in noida, far better water quality.
Same applies to those who selling their flats, they need to judge their flat value.
