It had always been known that the properties of CR are under priced as far as resale market is concerned.
Prospective buyers in CR have been cunningly harping upon various issues plaguing CR particularly DG and delay in widening of NH24.
But still only way to conclude that prices have crossed Rs 3000 mark would be to see actual transactions happening above or at the said price. Mere asking from the sellers cannot be said to be price breaching a particular level.

This is to inform you that yesterday one of my friend had visited crossing republic (almost all builder) with me to buy a flat.
Please note that property rate/sq feet has been crossed 3000/- (inclusive all) for ready to move flats. Also these are the rates for flats available 15th floor or above.
I believe that this is very good news for those who had invested already there.
If Dumping ground & NH24 traffic issue resolved than surely, rates will further increase & will touch 3500/- per sq feet.
