It had always been known that the properties of CR are under priced as far as resale market is concerned.
Prospective buyers in CR have been cunningly harping upon various issues plaguing CR particularly DG and delay in widening of NH24.
But still only way to conclude that prices have crossed Rs 3000 mark would be to see actual transactions happening above or at the said price. Mere asking from the sellers cannot be said to be price breaching a particular level.
