What is the rent? Give breakup with maintenance charges?

- Electric chimney installed in kitchen
- Gas geyser installed in one bathroom
- Fans/lights installed
- RO installed
- Curtain rods installed
- One covered car parking
- 5 seater sofa
- One double bed (can give if required)
- Other misc small furniture items (like utility cupboard in balcony, utility fittings in both bathrooms, etc)
- Possession already taken.

Flat will be available from approx 15th Dec 2012 onwards.
