It will help a lot if more residents could specify the charges paid for Mains Electricity connection.
Doesn't it look like a loot charging so much for the connection? Leaving power backup aside.

Here is what I have to pay for a 3 KVA Mains connection+1 KVA of Power backup.
Meter Charge: 13,000
Mains connection: 40,000 (20,000 for 1st KVA + 10,000 for each KVA then).
Power Backup(Generator): 1 KVA was mandatory and the price is included already in Flat Purchase. Additional power Backup charged at 20,000 per KVA.
Total: 53,000 for 3 KVA Mains connection only.
Suppose if someone opts for 3 KVA Mains+3KVA Power backup, the cost is 93 thousand.
They said that all builders are charging the same. Is it?
