In my case, I had a 1 KVA connection by default and now to increase the limits, I am being asked for Rs 22472@KVA.

Please share your understanding or experience, on the subject.

My Builder(Clement city) is asking for too much. I am confused. Please hep share what you have paid.

Here is what I have to pay for a 3 KVA Mains connection+1 KVA of Power backup.

Meter Charge: 13,000
Mains connection: 40,000 (20,000 for 1st KVA + 10,000 for each KVA then).
Power Backup(Generator): 1 KVA was mandatory and the price is included already in Flat Purchase. Additional power Backup charged at 20,000 per KVA.

Total: 53,000 for 3 KVA Mains connection only.

Suppose if someone opts for 3 KVA Mains+3KVA Power backup, the cost is 93 thousand.
They said that all builders are charging the same. Is it?
