I really don't understand , why the CROMA Main members are not willing to speak to CIPL about this, if CIPL has taken that much amount and charges which Builder are saying???
 " we are just passing on this sburden to consumer as we have paid to CIPL and CIPL asked to recover it from Consumer...or else we have to go to Consumer court.
Pls suggest.

Hi CROMA Team,


I am also one of the buyer in that small builder group . They have literally robbed us. They are charging 100/sqft for EEC (External Electrification Charge) and 30K for meter connection along with service Tax on this amount. When we booked the flat on that time, they said this amount is variable and it would be around 25-30 now they are saying Crossing Infra is charging this amount. Please help us as we are small in group so no one is listening us and we are almost forced to pay this. Some of our friend has already paid this amount.
