This is not justified but builders have been asking the same and people have been giving it.

Guys,
How much have you paid for electric connection?

My Builder(Clement city) is asking for too much. I am confused. Please hep share what you have paid.

Here is what I have to pay for a 3 KVA Mains connection+1 KVA of Power backup.

Meter Charge: 13,000
Mains connection: 40,000 (20,000 for 1st KVA + 10,000 for each KVA then).
Power Backup(Generator): 1 KVA was mandatory and the price is included already in Flat Purchase. Additional power Backup charged at 20,000 per KVA.

Total: 53,000 for 3 KVA Mains connection only.

Suppose if someone opts for 3 KVA Mains+3KVA Power backup, the cost is 93 thousand.
They said that all builders are charging the same. Is it?
