In continuation of the last update, just to further update that Ansal's main matter as well as CIPL & CROMA petition is deleted from the final list accordingly not listed. However only Ansal's Application for Stay i.e. I.A.No.6 in SLP(civil )No. 32118/2011 is listed for hearing.
Therefore CROMA is not briefing any senior lawyer for this hearing but legal committee will keep watch of the hearing on 12.03.2013 and accordingly update the team.
