Re: [CROMA] Digest Number 1153

I am sure that CROMA Legal committee will emphasize through their legal counsel or through Mr. Gopal Subramaniam to the attention of learned court in the rejoinder that it's not just the Processing Plant's efficacy but the fact that all the waste to the processing plant would be carried by Municipality's trucks (which are mostly open) which will pass through the road adjoining to heavily populated area and the spill over from these trucks would be a huge hazard to public health.

Dear Crossings Republik Resident,

In continuation of the updates on the subject, this is to share that today
Ansal's stay application matter could not reach on board because of the
heavy cause list of Monday. Also to share that Uttar Pradesh Pollution
Control Board (UPPCB) has filed the Affidavit wherein it is clearly stated
that Environment Clearance for the project has not been granted yet and it
is under consideration.

Sr. Advocate Mr. Gopal Subramanium mentioned the mater at the end for short
date and filing of rejoinder affidavit to the affidavit of GNN, UP State as
well as UPPCB. On the request of Sr. Advocate, the Hon'ble Supreme Court
adjourned the matter for two weeks, granted time to file rejoinder
affidavits and interim order of status Quo to continue.

For exact order we have to wait for tomorrow to get the order uploaded on
website. The CROMA Legal Committee Members were present in the Supreme
Court today and they will keep us updated with the status once it will be
reflected in the Website.

*Warm Regards,*

Dear Nitin,

Khwaza Gareeb Nawaz is the IOCL Gas Distributor in CR and they have an office cum Godown opposite to SAM Residency at the end of the lane after Galleria Market. If you have an existing connection you need to get the transfer papers from your existing gas distributor thereafter you need to submit your same transfer papers along with KYC documents at Khwaja. IOCL takes about 3-4 days in getting the transfer done; in my case it took 6-7 days. As soon as transfer is done you can apply for a gas refill by dialing IVR of IOCL at 9911554411. There  is no fee as such. Khwaja's contact information is given on the following link:-

http://indane. co.in/distributo r_details. php?distid= 1410

For phone address transfer you may submit a copy of your flat's registry papers; alternatively you may also submit gas connection pass book too. Vodafone has an office in Gaur Market, Indirapuram near Aditya Mall. You can get the complete address both of Airtel and Vodafone by calling on 011-22222222 (Just-Dial Helpline)

Almost all societies has prepaid system of maintenance charge(s) which also includes electricity bill; the meter itself gives details of your daily, weekly & monthly consumption; for a separate copy of your electricity bill you may contact your society' s maintenance office as I am not sure about that.

Welcome in the Crossings family.

Thanks & Warm regards,

Umesh Chaudhary

 Hi All,

Many of you may have already shifted to Crossing recently
and perhaps some others few or many months back and may have some useful inputs regarding my queries
as you may have gone through most of this stuff yourselves.  Could someone please provide any inputs on the
following:-

1.
If I reside in Crossing Republic, where to get a
new gas connection from ( name of agency, address, phone #) ? Do I have options
( like BP, HP etc )?2.
What docs & charges are required for the
same  new gas connection)? 3.
How soon can I get the connection and home delivery
of cylinder/s?4.
The societies using the private set up to supply
electricity- what happens to their residents requirement of an electricity
bill? Are the authorities accepting those recharge receipts as proof of an electricity
connection?5.
What documents are best to carry to get address change
done on my Vodafone & Airtel connections?

Your kind inputs will be much appreciated, as I need to
shift by this month end and am in a fix regarding the above.

Rgds,

Nitin
