Also the tower signal in my experience does not necessarily works up till 2 kms.
May be we need to have towers within CR.

The crow distance may be more than 2 KM. Though the bike meter says 3KM from crossings to Gaur Chowk.
That may answer why this situation is so. The towers may be having high rise buildings between two points.
