Any updates on PIL filed by croma on behalf of residents? As per last communication hearing was scheduled for 4th march I guess.

In continuation of our last update on the last hearing in the Supreme Court dated 26th Feb 2013, please find attached the scanned copy of the Supreme Court order in line of our update on the stay application of Ansal's for your reference.
It is clearly mentioned in the order that "on the submissions made by the Learned Additional Advocate General for the State of Uttar Pradesh that no construction is being raised in the project area, we direct that status quo be maintained in respect of the lands in question, which will not affect the raising of the boundary."
Due to some technical error currently the order dated 26th Feb 2013 has not been uploaded on the Web site of Supreme Court. The CROMA Legal Committee has managed to get the scanned copy of the order from own sources. The attached copy is the certified copy of the order.
