Hi

The prevailing rent for a 3BHK flat in CR is Rs 11000 plus maintenance. One of my friend had given three plus study in CR for 11K plus maintenance last Aug. Since then rental value have increased.

Can anyone pls let me know the prevailing rent for a 3BHK flat in crossings. I have a 3 BHK furnished  flat in Crossing Infra which is on rent and the lease is expiring this month.

This would help me in deciding the rent for the next tenure.
