I have also complained about this number of times but nothing happened. I have talked to the head of the maintenance (i don't remember the name) and that guy told me that it is the fault of the builder and they can not change all the pipes in the basement. They will change the pipes only when there is some leakage. Indirectly he told me that problem can not be resolved.

I don't think they will ever bother about this because we are going individually. I am not sure what RWA is doing. If they have ever talked to VIBGYOR about this or not but we can not just wait for RWA to talk to VIBGYOR about this. We our self need schedule one day when we gather and talk to VIBGYOR otherwise this email-email play will continue but will never get the solution.

When we can protest about dumping ground, why cann't we do the same for our society. This is also having importance. We are paying huge maintenance and we deserve the services for which we are paying.

I would suggest is to schedule a meeting and discuss the issue with our RWA and if they are not willing to take it forward (My apologies but i am really not sure if they ever discussed this with VIBGYOR and if they discussed why problem is still there) then we should gather and then plan our next course of action. We can not just sit and wait for it to be done.

It should be the responsibility of the persons being paid for the job to ensure that a proper reply is written against the complaint.

Register should be speaking for itself.

No point in interacting with rude staff rather he/she need to be immediately sacked and sacking be made public by putting the same on notice board.

Hi

I am not sure if anyone cares for leaky basement in GH07 or not....but
this problem has become worst now. Water from sewage pipes are always
leaking
in the basement and maintenance office is not bothered about the
complaints. Sewer water is leaking through the pipes into beams which
is making beams and pillar
weak. Its a very serious issue because it is making the structure of
buildings weak as entire building is based on these pillars in the
basement

I have complained to maintenance office many times but they are not
bothered about this issue. Sewer water from toilet pipes is falling
over the floor, beams and even over cars and also causing stinky
smell. Not sure if someone has noticed this problem. We need to do
something about it as maintenance staff is not ready to fix it and
they are behaving rudely.
