Also the standard rate is expected to be lower or same as we were paying already

[CROMA] Protest Rally against CIPL on 9th Feb 2014 at 10:00 AM

Dear Valued Crossings Republik Residents,

We refer to our previous communication which is attached herewith on subject matter and wish to inform you that the letters were sent to Township Developer M/s Crossings Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. (CIPL) and we were following up with CIPL Management on regular basis and we were getting assurance that it is being looked into and action will be taken and response is also being sent. We were also in touch with contractor who is doing work of road through New Pulia and repeatedly we were only getting assurance from both the party that it will be completed soon and 2-3 time dates were given which was communicated.

As per information available with us, instead of looking into the concern raised by CROMA as well as few societies on individual level, CIPL has sent agreement for signature of different builders with start date of 1^st April 2013 for Township Maintenance Charges (TMC). It means all of us will be required to pay full maintenance for township with incomplete facility.

CIPL is taking thing for granted and not expediting the work of promised infrastructure and forcing full township maintenance on us. Now, the time has come when we all are required to register our protest in strong and united way for Roll Back of Township Maintenance and take written commitment from CIPL on key points as mentioned in our letter and also listed at bottom of this message.

Considering above, CROMA has planned a peaceful Protest Rally on 9^th Feb 2014 at 10:00 AM along with placing banners on common places and in society expressing breach of commitment for promised infrastructure facility.

Requesting the entire residents to join the Protest Rally and help us in making CIPL realize that we have paid them from our hard earned money and they cannot take us for granted.

Route map for the protest rally will be as below:

Start from Temple / Gate No 1 of Gh-7 and come towards Gate No 2 of Gh-7 society à Take Right Turn to lane between Cosmos and Dreamland society à Take Left from Indane Gas Agency à Take Left from Prateek Royal Cliff society à Take Right from Galleria Market T-Point à Take Right from Fountain Circle and go up to Main Glass Gate i.e. CIPL Office.

KEY PENDING POINTS:

1) Road Connectivity:

i) 4 Lanning of Road between Divyansh Fabio & NH-24 cut

ii) Completion of Road thru New Pulia till Ghaziabad – Greater Noida Link Road

iii) Widening of Sahberi Pulia and road after that

iv) Extension of Two non-functional roads connecting the Gaur roundabout is complete.

2) Visitor Parking

3) NOC and Land Title Documents

4) Completion Certificate for Township

5) Uniform Electricity Rate for Main Power Supply as per Government prescribed rate

6) Additional ATM / Bank in the Township

7) Hospital / Emergency Health Care Centre

8) Provision and Status of Ganga Water / Supply Water in the Township

9) Boundary Wall / Fencing around the Township and Gate at all entrance

10) Provision of Fire Station in the Township

Thank you Pradeep for such a elaborate mail.

My License was getting expired and I was also in dilemma that how to get my License Renewed / New License made.

Based on your message, on 18th Jan (Saturday) I went to Ghaziabad RTO office for New License as my earlier license was from my Native place in Bihar.

To ReachRTO officeTake the lane adjacent toHyundai Showroom on left side service lane of NH 24 just before Columbia Asia Hospital,

If you are going from Crossings side take left towards Ghaziabad city from NH24 before Columbia Asia & take U turn on service lane and turn right after Hyundai and keep going straight after approx. 1/2 km you will find RTO office on left side.

After reaching there As a general mentality for easy route I thought to check with a Broker there and did so, he asked me Rs. 700 for learner license and again I will have to pay Rs. 1000 for permanent license. I decided to try on my own as I was already at RTO office.

Process was pretty easy only you will have to go to 4-5 different counter and it will take around 2.5 to 3 hr. I reached there around 11 am and by 3 PM I was at my home after completing all the formalities.

On 28th Jan I received the License by Speed post i.e. in 10 days.

1) Carry Addres Proof, ID Proof copy with Original and one Photograph

2) Carry envelop with postage stamp of Rs. 25 for despatch of License by post. You can purchase it their also, which you will get at Rs. 40

3) Collect Form from Main Reception by paying cost of Rs. 6 for One Set.

4) Verification of Photograph : Fill in all 3 forms, affix Photo and go to Window no. 12 for getting your photograph attested.

5) Attestation of Address & ID Proof : Go to Window no. 15 - A, here you will be required to produce original Address & ID Proof with set of Filled in Forms & Copy of Address & ID Proof.

6) On Adjacent Window deposit the fee for Learner License, Fee is 60 hence you will get receipt of 60 but clerk will deduct 70. He will put a manual no. for photograph.

7) Go to the window for getting your photograph clicked, I guess window no. was 14 not able to recall correctly.

8) Wait for next Batch of Test for learner license Its timing was 10-30. 11.30 & 1.30, I gave in 1.30 batch

9) Its over, return back and wait for post, I have received it on 11th Days.

Total Expense : Rs. 110 (70 Fee + 40 Envelope wih postage stamp) in addition to expense on Xerox.

Best part is by involving Broker you will be able to save time only on Depositing the Fee & Test will be waived, for all the other thing you will be required to be present on your own. You have to fill form on your own, for photograph verification you are required to be there as they try to match photograph with your face, photograph clicking happens as per the no. given on the fee receipt. by Involving you can get in done in 1.5 - 2 Hr. instead of 3 - 3.5 hr.

Info below will help you to apply for learning driving license without any help of broker.

2) Go to enquire office andbuy learning license formno.2 and form no. 1-A which cost Rs 4 and fill it with help of receptionist who gave you the form .
Paste two photos on appropriate space provided for it.
Attach 2 photos on the right top corner outside and documents/proofs & envelops inside.
You should also mention ur mobile no. on the top of the form

3) After completing it, you should go forverification processoutside room no.15 क at the back of enqire office with original documents between 10 a.m to1 p.m.
This step is compulsory for all either u have come with help of broker
If u are GIRL then u will have your no. as u go.

4) After verification,pay registration feesRs 60 on the counter no. 15 next to it (he can charge you Rs 10 extra for himself ,to avoid this u should give Rs 60 change).

5) Now u have to go to room no 12 inside from the gate near room no.12 and 11if gate is opened, if not u can go from enquire office also and find the room no. 12.andget signed your form with an officerinside

6) Now go to room no. 15 inside giveobjective testhaving 16 easy questions only .After completing it, submit the test & pay the fees Rs 30.

This step will take 10-20 minutes depending on ur knowledge and common sense. You can take help with someone near u or with u.

PROCESS IS OVER NOW .
NOTE: 1) To get your work on time you must gobefore 12noon.
2)TIMINGSof verification outside room no. 15 b/w 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.and for test is b/w10 a.m.to 2 p.m.

You willrecieve your license through speed post at your posting addresswhich u have mentioned on the post envelope in 10 to 15 days.

AVOID CORRUPTIONwith doing your work yourself andSAVE MONEYmore than Rs. 500 per person.
