Dear Valued Crossings Republik Residents,
We refer to our previous communication which is attached herewith on subject matter and wish to inform you that the letters were sent to Township Developer M/s Crossings Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. (CIPL) and we were following up with CIPL Management on regular basis and we were getting assurance that it is being looked into and action will be taken and response is also being sent. We were also in touch with contractor who is doing work of road through New Pulia and repeatedly we were only getting assurance from both the party that it will be completed soon and 2-3 time dates were given which was communicated.
As per information available with us, instead of looking into the concern raised by CROMA as well as few societies on individual level, CIPL has sent agreement for signature of different builders with start date of 1st April 2013 for Township Maintenance Charges (TMC). It means all of us will be required to pay full maintenance for township with incomplete facility.
CIPL is taking thing for granted and not expediting the work of promised infrastructure and forcing full township maintenance on us. Now, the time has come when we all are required to register our protest in strong and united way for Roll Back of Township Maintenance and take written commitment from CIPL on key points as mentioned in our letter and also listed at bottom of this message.
Considering above, CROMA has planned a peaceful Protest Rally on 9th Feb 2014 at 10:00 AM along with placing banners on common places and in society expressing breach of commitment for promised infrastructure facility.
Requesting the entire residents to join the Protest Rally and help us in making CIPL realize that we have paid them from our hard earned money and they cannot take us for granted.
Route map for the protest rally will be as below:
Start from Temple / Gate No 1 of Gh-7 and come towards Gate No 2 of Gh-7 society à Take Right Turn to lane between Cosmos and Dreamland society à Take Left from Indane Gas Agency à Take Left from Prateek Royal Cliff society à Take Right from Galleria Market T-Point à Take Right from Fountain Circle and go up to Main Glass Gate i.e. CIPL Office.

1) Road Connectivity:
i) 4 Lanning of Road between Divyansh Fabio & NH-24 cut
ii) Completion of Road thru New Pulia till Ghaziabad – Greater Noida Link Road
iii) Widening of Sahberi Pulia and road after that
iv) Extension of Two non-functional roads connecting the Gaur roundabout is complete.

3) NOC and Land Title Documents
4) Completion Certificate for Township
5) Uniform Electricity Rate for Main Power Supply as per Government prescribed rate
6) Additional ATM / Bank in the Township
7) Hospital / Emergency Health Care Centre
8) Provision and Status of Ganga Water / Supply Water in the Township
9) Boundary Wall / Fencing around the Township and Gate at all entrance
10) Provision of Fire Station in the Township
