5KW is enough for using 2 ACs (1.5 ton each) together. However you should take care that when both ACs are running you do not end up switching on any other high power equipment such as oven / microwave / geyser / induction plate, etc.

I have 2 ACs and my fridge plus regular lights, fans and TV running on 5KW. No problem at all.

Confused : As one electician suggested two upgrade with 7 KW, other was saying 5 KW is enough for 2 ACs.

Expecting reply from one of our electical engineer neighbours or any one smart equally :)
