This is only residents forum. An email here does not help. We all are helpless like you.
CIPL is the company responsible for providing connectivity as per GDA. Their office is in Glass main Gate. Please feel free to walk down there and ask questions to them. After all, we all are paying huge maintenance per month.
I have been there few times and the management does try to answer the questions of residents.
Action is slow though.
