It will be in interest of complete township if you can request them to club both the meeting together and have common strategy.

(CIPL), there is a specific provision/condition that Developer/Licensee shall maintain the services till they are transferred it to the Local Body for maintenance, so therefore kindly note that since within the township, construction is ongoing on and township is not completed yet, therefore CIPL, as a developer, is required to maintain all of the facilities as mentioned in their letter on their own.We will keep you posted with the status on this issue in future as well.Regards,
