The total power cut is sum of both the table and it is matching with actual power cut.
However concern what I could make out is regular shutdown due to failure of metering equipment and accessories installed at individual society. As per my awareness these equipments r installed by CIPL.
In last few days there was couple of hour power cut due to failure in Arihant, Mahagun and Gaur. It takes time to identify that where fault has happened and then manually power supply of that society is disconnected and than power supply is started in balance society.
Request to Ppl from electrical background to understand the issue and suggest the way out so that additional power cut due to fault in any individual society can be minimised.

Hi All,Information given by CROMA team is Power Cut by UPPCL and CIPL. Other than that society wise power cut is also there which may be due to local fault or maintenance activities. You can also demand daily power cut status from your society and then you can reach on some conclusion.
